If you have never used the pilates equipment (reformer, wunda chair, tower, ladder barrel) or you come from another Pilates studio, I highly recommend an individual lesson first.

Classes using reformers, towers , wunda chairs or ladder barrels. These are amazing pieces of equipment that offer a wide range of exercises and stretches suitable for people of all fitness levels.
The workout is safe and effective for the entire body, involving both small and large muscle groups. From core strength and flexibility to improved posture and alignment.
Pilates Matwork - Mini Groups
Matwork pilates exercises according to the BASI Pilates method.
The exercises are performed using body weight, gravity and/or small equipment.
Particular attention is paid to quality of movement, proper form and precise body alignment. Classes will strengthen your core and improve your overall body awareness.

You can pay in person, at the studio, by cash, by credit/debit card or by making a bank transfer.

Customers can book up to a month in advance.

The possibility to book a session closes 12 hours before the scheduled lesson start time.

Lessons must be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the lesson start time to avoid being charged.
