Our individual sessions do not follow temporary trends. We practice the Authentic Pilates System, an integrated system where exercises flow in the exact order designed to challenge and realign the body.

Where to Find the Studio and How to Get There
Serena Pizzolitto's Natural Movement Lab is located in Trieste, on the ground floor of Viale Miramare 129, in the heart of the Barcola district.
EASY PARKING
There is a large, completely free public car park in front of the studio.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The studio is easily reached from the center of Trieste by bus lines 6, 19, and 20.
Trieste and Lignano Sabbiadoro
Throughout the year I receive by appointment in my main office in Trieste Barcola.
During the summer months, I bring the Natural Movement Lab experience to Lignano Sabbiadoro, organizing special outdoor events and classes for those who want to train in contact with nature.
