What I offer

PERSONALIZED LESSONS

Individual lessons are structured and created based on the specificities of each person in order to develop strength, improve weaknesses and achieve goals.

FULL BODY LESSONS

The lessons are structured using the BASI BLOCK SYSTEM , created by Rael Isacowitz, which organizes the vast pilates repertoire into blocks. Each block allows you to train a different area of the body.

CLASSES IN ENGLISH

All classes are bilingual but if you need private coaching in English, contact me for more informations.

PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT

At my studio, you will find professional Balanced Body and Pilatech equipment.
